Although my weekend was very eventful and I had some highlights, food wise I did horrible with my choices.:n: Usually I choose one day out of the week to splurge on something. I reward myself one thing on that day. I also do not exercise.:'( Well Saturday was my hiking day and I decide to really watch what I ate that day.:dork2: I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal and skim milk splenda to sweeten it. Then I had a salad with light italian dressing. For dinner my husband took me out and I had Olive garden chicken scampi. I had to eye ball a 4 oz serving to give me the correct count and then a glass of wine. Not too bad.:dazed: However when I weighed my self the next morning (sunday) I had gained about 2.5 lbs from friday to sunday morning.:bigeyes3: ugh...... I figured it was probably the sodium and all that jazz. So on Sunday I said the heck with it and did more damage,:huh: Why do we always do this to ourselves ladies!:huh: I guess I figured since I had gained why not make the most of it. I am feeling so much guilt.:look: I will need to pickup the slack from this weekend and continue to eat well and exercise. I hope this weekend is better. :bang::cry4:

Today's meals::frog:

Breakfast- 1/2 cup of Oatmeal w/ 3.5 oz skim milk, 1pkt splenda. Half a peach.

Lunch- Chicken strips 3 oz, with salad and light italian dressing

Dinner- ?
