I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal and skim milk splenda to sweeten it. Then I had a salad with light italian dressing. For dinner my husband took me out and I had Olive garden chicken scampi. I had to eye ball a 4 oz serving to give me the correct count and then a glass of wine. Not too bad.
However when I weighed my self the next morning (sunday) I had gained about 2.5 lbs from friday to sunday morning.
ugh...... I figured it was probably the sodium and all that jazz. So on Sunday I said the heck with it and did more damage,
Why do we always do this to ourselves ladies!
I guess I figured since I had gained why not make the most of it. I am feeling so much guilt.
I will need to pickup the slack from this weekend and continue to eat well and exercise. I hope this weekend is better.
