Good Morning. It's one day closer to Friday!
woo hoo! Can I get an "AMEN".
I have a feeling today is going to be a good, productive, long day.
Whew! I'm stressing myself just thinking about it. I have a paper due tomorrow and and 5K walk/Run this weekend.
I'm so excited. Maybe all of the action of this week has sent my body into holding mode for the past week and half.
I have been consistenly dropping weight every week and this past week nothing. I have been weighing myself everyday and see no increase or decrease. I stay the same.
ugh so frustrating, I guess we all have to hit some kind of plateau sometime.
It seems like every 10 pounds I get stuck.
I have to up my excercise for sure. I used to go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week for about an hour and now because of the busyness of my schedule I go 2 or 3 times a week for maybe 45 min. to an hour.
