I had a rough day yesterday. I had a wonderful and exhausting weekend. I ran a 5k this past saturday. I thought I was gonna die but I didn't. lol I ran half of it and then walked the rest. Not to bad for my first attempt at a run. I pigged out on Sunday and yesterday I did very well considering I had a fatty kunch at burger king.
I was tempted by the smell of char broiled goodness. Oh well. Tomorrow is another day! Today we have guest coming over for a meet and greet. After work I'm heading to the gym to get in a quick workout and then off to the store. Busy, busy busy. I try not to exercise on sunday's and wednesday but I gained about 2 pounds from last week so i'm kicking it into high gear. So frustrating.
