I weighed myself this morning and I didn't budge in weight. I think this is an accomplishment considering we had guest over and I had a binge weekend.
Last night was small group for Church and I had a blast. I didn't know some of the people that attended but had a great time meeting new people.
I spoke of my journey to weight loss and learned that there are other people around me that are struggling with what I once was. I encouraged them to workout with me and try doing some extra things that I have incorporated in my lifestyle. I know i'm not an expert but it felt nice to help someone and give them suggestions for alternative foods. Tonight I'm teaching our teens tonight and then off to ZUMBA the next 3 to 4 days. I will be burning major calories the next several days and I'm excited to see the scale move down.
Cross you fingers so I can go under 220.
