So anything that I might have lost is pretty much counted as a loss come Monday weigh in day. I want to stay consistent in my healthy choices not only through out the week but on the weekend too.
I have a habit of going overboard when it comes to treating myself.
So My challenge for myself would be for the month of October to stay on green all 7 days! Including weekends. I need to reach my intermediate goal before the holidays! That is I need to drop 11 pounds to hit that mark!!! 

I know I can do it!
