This weekend I plan on making better decisions with my eating habits.:thumbu2: I always do so good during the week and then when the weekend hits I flub it all up!:look: So anything that I might have lost is pretty much counted as a loss come Monday weigh in day. I want to stay consistent in my healthy choices not only through out the week but on the weekend too.:nono5: I have a habit of going overboard when it comes to treating myself.:nono5: So My challenge for myself would be for the month of October to stay on green all 7 days! Including weekends. I need to reach my intermediate goal before the holidays! That is I need to drop 11 pounds to hit that mark!!! :dork2::dork2::dork2:I know I can do it! :teeth3::teeth3::teeth3:
