Hello my friends! I had challenged myself the past week to incorporate more exercise. I did it! I am now doing 5 days a week. I see and feel a difference. I lost 3 pounds this week and broke the 220 mark and I am now in the teens. My largest weight was 2 years ago at this time at 289. I lost 44 pounds and was at a stand still for about 6 months. Then I joined CK when I was at 245 pounds. I have lost an additional 27 pounds since signing up as a member in June I am now 218. I am so excited I broke the 20's mark and heading into "one'sville" Yeah!!!! 19 more pounds to go! and 10 more pounds to reach my intermediate goal!

October goals:

Stay on green the whole month.
Exercise routine 5 to 6 days a week. up to 350 minutes a week.
Incorporate more veggies.
Be able to jog 10 minutes w/o stopping. (this is a huge one for me!)
Do not eat ANY FRIED FOODS! just for this month.
Take my iron and multi vitamins consistently.

HERE WE GO......... I start this coming thursday.

BF- Yogurt w/ granola 190 cals
Peach - 60 cals
= 250

Snk- String cheese- reduced fat 60 cals

Lunch- Granola bar - 100 cals
apple slices - 35 1/2 cup
Wheat thins - 20- 120 cals
= 155

Dinner- Roasted chicken breast 160 cals w/o skin
Mac and cheese - 190 cals 1/2 cup
Baked potato w/ butter and light sour cream 280 cals

= 580

Snk- Skinny cow vanilla ice cream- 140
