Good Day everyone!
I am beginning my October challenges out with a BANG!

I weighed myself this morning and I am up 1 pound exactly from last saturday. hmmmmm I went crazy and binged yesterday and the day before on chips and dip!!!

ugh I usually have them out of the house but we had a birthday party and the food was left over. I talked myself into it by saying "Oh I will start my challenge for real October 1st" This gave me an excuse to eat???? Why do I patronize myself? I'm surprised I didn't gain several pounds on my little escapade.
I'm very excited about what this month holds. I plan on loosing 10 pounds to reach my intermediate goal by October 31st.


I am increasing my exercise and also eating well over my cals so I can break even. I have a BIG goal for this month and I have to stay focused.
I may be on my fall break doubling up on exercise because I'm off of work. SO I will keep you posted!!
