I am so glad today is Friday. I have been waiting for this day. This weekend is butt kicking time for my hubby. I will be with 5 other ladies and 6 other men as we climb (to the top) of Camelback Mountain. My husband has been such a sweetie and has felt really guilty for the words he spoke to me on Sunday. Hmm, "can’t make it to the top of the mountain because it was too hard" my eye! I will show him. I may not beat him by time but I will make it to the top. I will climb like there I no tomorrow. :karate:He is then taking me out for a romantic dinner. I don’t know where yet. He wants to go see a movie but he always falls asleep. Maybe I will cave and just let him catch up on some shut eye so he can be ready for later that night. (You know what I mean) :eyebrows:

I will be lowering my cal count to 50 cals less. I am at 1350 so I will be an even 1300. I have been working out and seeing great results recently. I am seeing more definition on my calves and thighs. I really need to work on my arms because I have developed wings. I think because of the weight loss. It keeps progressing because I focus more on cardio then weights. I will begin to incorporate those this coming week.

Here is my goal for February:

1. Incorporate more weights
2. 5 consecutive days without meat.
3. Add 50 more minutes of exercise
4. Lower cal count to 1300
5. Eat back half of my workout cals.

February 5th = 211.8
February12th = 210.0
February 19th = 209.0
February 28th = 208.0
