WOW this has been day 3 of my meatless meals. I have never felt better. Now I am not totally vegan or a vegetarian, I still have my eggs and cheese, nuts and milk for my protein. I was in a slump on tuesday which was my second day of meatless meals but then yesterday I felt energized and refreshed. I am trying to incorporate an all veggie week. Next week I will have 4 days of meatless meals. I think I will try to spread it out and not have them back to back. My bowel movements have been wonderful. TMI I know sorry but I was so happy to see this. I am seeing a BIG result on the scale and have notice a quick drop on the 3rd day. I can feel it in my clothes and even on my skin. WOO HOO
I will keep you posted on the new results. YAY for meatless meals.

Wow, Joy - you are totally taking off with this, how awesome!
