I have never been one to exercise in the morning. My puppies wouldn't let me sleep , so off I went into the living room to exercise. I was feeling pretty good.
I started off slow and gradually worked up a good sweat. I then went into my room for some crunches and hopped into the shower.
Then now as I am sitting at my desk I feel so BLAH!!
I wanna go back to sleep!!! I don't know if this makes sense but my insides feel great but my mind is kind of cloudy.
hmmmmm I don't know what it is.
I have been doing great with my eating. Last night I went to the gym and did cycling then weights. I have to work my upper arms because I have some severe flappage going on.
Anyway I did 8 miles on the cycle in under 30 minutes.
I impressed myself. I also did some lunges and I am feeling the results of a great exercise this morning.
ugh I wish I didn't feel so foggy. This evening I have a vocal lesson with one of my teens and then off to ZUMBA!! I don't know what my life would be like without ZUMBA. I love it so.
I just need this feeling to go away ...pronto!!!
