This how I feel today. I was up early to do some ZUMBA.:rock1: I have never been one to exercise in the morning. My puppies wouldn't let me sleep , so off I went into the living room to exercise. I was feeling pretty good. :queen: I started off slow and gradually worked up a good sweat. I then went into my room for some crunches and hopped into the shower. :y:I was feeling good. I had my morning soy protein shake and off to work I went. I was in a good mood.:teeth1: Then now as I am sitting at my desk I feel so BLAH!! :sad2: I wanna go back to sleep!!! I don't know if this makes sense but my insides feel great but my mind is kind of cloudy.:huh: hmmmmm I don't know what it is. :dazed: I have been doing great with my eating. Last night I went to the gym and did cycling then weights. I have to work my upper arms because I have some severe flappage going on.:talking: Anyway I did 8 miles on the cycle in under 30 minutes.:dork2: I impressed myself. I also did some lunges and I am feeling the results of a great exercise this morning. :sleep3: ugh I wish I didn't feel so foggy. This evening I have a vocal lesson with one of my teens and then off to ZUMBA!! I don't know what my life would be like without ZUMBA. I love it so. :love: I just need this feeling to go away ...pronto!!! :sad3:


Planned exercise:
Zumba DVD = 20 minute express
Crunches= 10 minutes
Zumba class= 60 minutes
weights upper arms= 10 minutes

Breakfast::y:
Soy banana / strawberry shake= no milk
apple

Lunch:
1 cheese quesedilla (corn tortilla) w/ 1/2 cup of avocado
1/2 cup grapes
