Ok now It's getting close. I have the wedding in about 18 days. I am so excited and I cannot wait! I just received my dress last week and tried it on at one of the parties I went to that was forma,l and from then till now I had to tighted the straps tighter! YAY me! It felt great. Luckily my mom is a seamstress and can fix anything. whew...lucky on that one.
My goals for the month of April are pretty simple and do-able but still needs a lot of FOCUS on my part. I wish there was some magic remedy that we can just say the magic word and it will all just go away (Hocus Pocus) But we live in the real world and realtiy is that it doesn't happen.
So here it is my goals for April:
Walk/jog 3 miles = 3x's a week
Less sodium = I need to keep it under 2500 mg (high blood pressure)
Limit Soda to 3 cans of diet for the month
Do 5 classes of ZUMBA a week for April - (I do 4 already, excludes DVD)
Work on arms 2x's a week
Do 50/100 crunches/sit-ups 3x's a week
I also want to start cycling more - I'm gonna say 2 to 3 x's a week.
Be a size 12 by the end of May ( I am a 15/14 now)
Drink up to 10 glasses of 8oz water a day!
Try a new /fruit veggie every other week.
I need to get ready for the summer! I think this will do it!
