It is so funny how this eating thing works. I eat less and I don't loose any weight. I fluctuate like crazy. So I upped my calories and I am eating about 1500 to 1600 calories then exercising them back to about 1350. On my non exercising days like Tuesday and Sunday I eat at my calorie count.
This is so funny. The up and down cycle of loosing weight. You would think by eating less you would loose but it's not the case at all. I am eating more, and balancing it out with exercise and it comes off so much easier.
Gotta run just had a thought and had to type it out!
