bah, bah, bah da, da, dum.....Monday Monday, so good to me (Mama's and the Papa's)
It is a LLLLLLOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGG morning so far. I am helpng with AIMS tesing this week and it has been boring. Today I only have 1 student however the next couple of days I will have 8-12 student. Not bad.
This weekend has been great with exercise. I tried to get in a rest day and yesterday I decided to make it my day or "REST". I still went for a walk but it was just leisurely. We went to the park and my son and husband hit a few balls and played catch while I caught up on some reading.
I have incorporated 3 days of cycling last week. I hope to keep it that way for this week. I know it will be highly unlikely to do it when I'm gone but I know I will still be able to walk around. I am so stoked about the trip. Not only becasue I will be seeing my BFF but alos this will be a greatly needed break for all of us!
I need to make a check list for all of my items needed for the trip. I will be doubling up my exercise time to be sure that I meet my 2 pound weight loss by FRIDAY. With a 4 pound loss last friday I hope I can pull it off. (I have my fingers crossed)
Things to do today:
Make Dinner
Pick up
Do 1 load of laundry (towels)
Gym- Cycle and ZUMBA
Protein shake
Go to sleep early by 9:30
