These results that I am blogging about happened in late December. :

I had been taking some vitamins my mother gave us. I was curious with certain ingredients and discovered that a lot of the ingredients were quite good. So as my husband and I took them we discovered a rapid weight gain with the pills. When I weighed myself I was gaining about a pound a day. I have always been a seize the moment kind of gal. I'm a leaper, I don't hesitate on a decision and I tend to not think of what I'm about to say. I have always been this way. When I married my husband he would always tell me to look at the pros and cons of a decision or to think things through before I say them. This has always been a struggle for me.

Buckwheat soba recipe....Yummy

For the sauce:
3 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1-1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp minced ginger root
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, or more to taste
Dash of white pepper

2 Tbsp canola
1 lb fresh asparagus, woody parts of stems removed, tender part cut into 3-inch lengths (about 3 cups)
4 scallions, chopped
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup cashews, dry-roasted and unsalted

1 lb soba noodles, prepared according to package directions...

MIA to Blogging

So after about a month or so of no blogging and about 2 weeks of not keeping track in my diary I have been okay. I feel a BIG difference when I do keep track but have been super busy with everything and anything. I am now at peace with my blog and diary and I love to feel like im in control once again. I am going to raise my cal count for the holidays so I won't feel too bad seeing the green. I am determined to get green checks on both Christmas eve and Christmas day!
