It's Friday and a 3 day weekend! YAY to the holiday!
Well My all time temptation is BROWNIES! and boy, the lady who made them did a smashing good job, and to top it all off she smothered it with her famous butter cream frosting.

I have lost 3 pounds this week.
I am so motivated.
I weigh myself on monday's and in the middle of the week. When I had weighed myself last Thursday I had gained .8 oz. I was frustrated, but when I weighed myself Monday (31st) I had lost 2 pounds and then I weighed again to day (Wednesday) and I had lost another pound. I worked out at the gym for 75 minutes yesterday. 
Maybe that was it! lol I have lowered my fat intake the last 4 days and I feel a HUGE difference.
I hope to reach my interm...

Although my weekend was very eventful and I had some highlights, food wise I did horrible with my choices.
I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal and skim milk splenda to sweeten it. Then I had a salad with light italian dressing. For dinner my husband took me out and I had Olive garden chicken scam...

Hello there! It's Friday and I love the weekends! but who doesn't right? I have been challenging myself to a hike every saturday.
It has been for a month now, and I have enjoyed myself. I am takingmy sisters and mom and dad and brother with me. I am so stoked.
I haev tons of support and it feels great. I think that is why I have been more successful than I originally thought I would be. I have lost 2 lbs this week and I am excited to see more results.Friday, August 14th 2009
I have been a member at the YMCA for several months and I have been able to exercise more and more.
I have joined the Zumba classes and I am haivng so much fun. I love to interact with others and love the challenge with learning steps and getting a good cardio. The hour goes by so fast. I am meeting so many new faces and having fun in the mean time.
LOVE ZUMBA! I can't wait for tonights class.
