So, here I am on Christmas Day evening having eating so much food!!!!!!!! :afraid4:I couldn't even begin to record my calories intake, because I ate so much today. The sad thing is that I didn't really enjoy what I ate today or yesterday for that matter. My stomach doesn't feel full, but I do feel uncomfortable and my stomach has been making gurgling noises. I know that I have gained weight, but I DO NOT want to get on the scale. It's going to suck, the number is going to rise, and I'm going to hat...

:scream2:Wow! Weekends are a true calorie killer! (Well, when I choose to let it happen). I just finished journaling everything that I have eaten in the past two days....ouch!!!! I had no idea how many calories I had really eaten! I just thought, oh it can't be that much. It's the weekend and I lost two pounds already. It will be ok...right? NO!

I've confirmed my sneaky feeling that if I don't journal I will eat as much as I want and not stop. I also eat when I'm not busy doing something els...

I love Pilates!!!

I went to my first private pilates class this morning! :love:I loved it! I've taken mat classes before, but given my current poor physical abilities I decided to begin with private classes for a little while. I can already feel parts of my body that are hurting. I even scheduled my next 3 sessions.

I've also journaled 6 out of the last 7 days!

I've even lost 2 pounds!!!!!!:thumbu2:

:clap:I just checked my charts. I was shocked to realize that I have journaled my food intake and exercise for 5 out of the past 6 days!!!!!! This is the most I've journaled in months! I didn't even realize that I did it and it wasn't that hard. I can totally do this! This definately makes up for yesterday....

Spinning class was tough! The worst part was seeing myself in the mirrors. I didn't realize how much weight I've gained. I didn't use to have tummy rolls....now I do. That is super...

I'm getting there!

So, a friend of mine has introduced me to the world of the heart rate monitor. I didn't think it would make a difference for me. However, it has kicked my butt during work outs! I didn't realize that I wasn't working out hard enough. I love the heart rate monitor! Today I'm going to try my first spinning class! I'm so excited! I'm actually doing this with a friend - who has been a great motivator for me! I don't know that I would be doing the class by myself. Here's to spinning classes....
