:scream2:Wow! Weekends are a true calorie killer! (Well, when I choose to let it happen). I just finished journaling everything that I have eaten in the past two days....ouch!!!! I had no idea how many calories I had really eaten! I just thought, oh it can't be that much. It's the weekend and I lost two pounds already. It will be ok...right? NO!

I've confirmed my sneaky feeling that if I don't journal I will eat as much as I want and not stop. I also eat when I'm not busy doing something else with my hand. I eat when I'm stressed too....hum..:cross3:.kind of like right now while I'm trying to finish the paper that is due on Tuesday for graduate school.

I should never eat right out of the bag.... I didn't even realize I'd eaten half the bag of mini rice cakes.
Yesterday when I saw the box of chocolates sitting on the counter I knew I should have asked my husband to hide them... I ate an additional 1000 calories just from the darn chocolates!!!!!!:bigeyes3:

So, I pretty much feel like crap right now! :cry4:My stomach is full and now I'm worried about what to wear to work tomorrow. I dread finding clothes that fit out of my closet. ONLY I CAN CHANGE THIS!!!

BUT... I did well with exercise this weekend... pilates and cardio. Nice job!:y:

So, now what?
I've portioned snacks for tomorrow
I need to pack my lunch & gym bag
Make plans with a friend to go to the gym tomorrow
Homemade pizza for dinner tomorrow
Drink couple of glasses of water before bed
