Yes, this is a minor miracle! I'm feel good and I'm proud of myself for making myself (and the baby) a priority. I even journaled on the days that knew I was over my calorie target. I eat better now that before I got pregnant. I'd really like this to continue throughout the pregnancy and after the baby is born.

Football Pretzel - NO NO!!

Wow! I can't believe there are almost 500 calories in a soft pretzel from a football stadium. There aren't a lot of great choices at the stadiums, but this is what my husband brought back for me. I need to do some research to see what would have been a better option. Or maybe, I should have eaten before the game. I'm such a sucker for a snack at the game.

I could have made that at home without all the horrible calories

This moring I was craving a breakfast buritto. My husband wanted to get something to eat so I had him pick up a buritto for me. He came back with a loaded buritto from Carl's Junior. BIG MISTAKE!!! 780 calories later I was stuffed and honestly it didn't taste that good. I could have made one at home with better taste and less calories. I even had all the ingredients at home to make it myself. What a good lesson to learn.

No more morning sickness, but now sick

Got a bit off track today due to being sick. I now have a sinus infection thanks to being pregnant. I was suppose to go to a get together after work, but went to the doctor instead. I had even planned exactly what I was going to eat at the get together. So, instead of having a "healthy" back up at home - I gave in to a moment of weakness and ate McDonald's. Even worse I ate a Big Mac. Here's the bad part, it actually tasted good.
