Tuesday, May 1 2012 - I blew it!

Sunday and Monday were not good dieting days. And I didn't get out to walk either day. While I didn't binge like some people claim they do I was still bad. A vegie melt with french fries on Sunday for dinner. Store bought chicken salad croissant and chips for lunch at church. Oatmeal at breakfast. I crashed and burned at dinner last night. Had home made spaghetti sauce with venison in it and alot of pasta. At least it was whole wheat? lol Not to mention two pieces of texas garlic toast. WOW! And no exercise to burn any of it off. :n: I didn't even log it all in my food diary.

I'm not looking back on it any longer. Going to pull myself up by my bootstraps, eat better and get out and walk my three miles if I get home early enough after getting my hair cut and colored after work. Getting my hair done always gives me a new outlook.

It sounds like you had a hectic weekend and when we have hectic weekends we tend to not take care of ourselfs like we should. You may have crashed sweetie, but you didn't burn or you would not know the eres of your ways and be back up on your feet and going at it again. Don't be so hard on yourself and keep keeping up.. your doing great and gonna get there... hugs
