Wow. I consistantly keep blowing it for myself. I put on three pounds since last Monday. I am just going to have to buckle down and stay in that calorie target and keep walking. I always think at the time, "it's okay to eat all the things I made for this cookout. Or it's okay to just splurge on a certain meal when we eat out." No......it's not okay. Maybe if it's once in a great while, but I am doing it a few times a week. I was baaaad this weekend when I made everyones favorites for a cookout with friends. And dinner during the week too. WTH am I thinking? I walked a couple of days during the week. Bought a bike Friday night and rode that a little bit. I took a vacation day from work today. Cleaned my car. Going to the store. Planting my big front porch planter today. I will decide to walk or ride my bike after dinner. Which is going to be bbq chicken on the grill, half a baker and one medium ear of corn. Not too bad if I don't go over board. We have some fresh asparagus from a neighbor that we'll cook on the grill too. Back to the drawing board. Everyday is another day to try to behave my bad self. lol

Hang in there Jules. You sound like me. Last week I was bad - more than once. I don't even want to step on the scale this week! I'm back on track now and it sounds like you are too. How does that song go?
