I woke up to thunder and lightening this morning at 430am. :clap:I hope we get enough rain. There has been no rain for quite some time and the farmers fields are very dry. It smells and feels good outside when it's like this. I don't mind storms at all and find some comfort in them. We get more rain later in the week. The rain will push this heat out of NW Ohio. Yesterday we broke a heat record of 96! Hope we don't do that again anytime soon. Normally I hate the heat but this year so far I'm doing ok with it. Maybe I'm gettin older and my blood is getting thin? :P

I was discouraged on my last blog to see I had put on 4 pounds. I weighed this morning and I am down to 261.2. WTH?:cross2: Can people really fluxuate that much? Or is my scale no good? I also know it's not a good idea to weigh yourself too much. I am back to weighing on Mondays only again. Had a good/bad eating day yesterday. Didn't eat alot but I did have some no no's. It must have helped to ride my bike in the a.m. and then took a swim that evening. At least I am not as discouraged as I was yesterday. I'll try to keep up the good feelings! :rock1:

good for u working off those cals!! i went swimming after my bike ride yesterday & it was bliss!!!! have a gr8 day lady!! :-)
