If you own a treadmill remember the warning on the paper work about NOT walking on it barefoot? I always remembered it yet I did it any way.

Sunday and Monday were not good dieting days. And I didn't get out to walk either day. While I didn't binge like some people claim they do I was still bad. A vegie melt with french fries on Sunday for dinner. Store bought chicken salad croissant and chips for lunch at church. Oatmeal at breakfast. I crashed and burned at dinner last night. I guess today is my tired day! I'll blame it on the weather. It's cold, damp and rainy. I went out on my walk for an hour anyway. I just bundled up more as it was only 45 degrees and a light wind. My last couple of walks have been 3 miles or a little over. Today I only walked a little over 2.5. I am a week and a half into CK and doing well so far. I need to get a few things as to what I eat under control. Mostly after I get home from work and dinner. Always dinner. That is my biggest problem. I would be happy to break that big dinner mentality we've had for years and years.
