Monday, May 31st 2010

Well, its already June and I can't believe it. I'm making June 1 my New Year. I'm more focused than I've been in weeks, so here is to a better reading on the scale this new year!!

I've mapped out the next 3 months. The classes I'm taking at the gym and the workout at home I'll do if I can't get to the gym for some unforeseen reason. I realized that I quite possibly was not eating enough calories. I'm well aware that not having enough calories is completely counter productive. But, I lost weight and maintained on WW for years , so I never really knew how many calories I was suppose to eat. So starting yesterday, I added calories (by setting...

Yield and enjoy your food

Friday, May 14th 2010

1. Putting your fork down between every bite.
2. chewing at least 20 times before taking another bite.
3. Eat blind folded.

But frankly, I forget to put the fork down between bites. I don't like my food being chewed t...
