I'm incredibly frustrated with my progress (or lack thereof should I say?). It hasn't been a full week since adjusting my calorie target, but the scale was up 2lbs. It could be that I really started to push myself with cardio and weights, but its still hard when your working hard to get that kind of feedback. I'll wait another week and hope that my hard work and my body will give me some positive feedback next week. I know I'm on the right path and I'm making smart choices, so its a matter of numbers.
I'm off to workout this morning. I'll take out my frustration on my workout!
This weeks planned exercise:
Monday: zumba class and power sculpt
Tuesday: Zumba/30m c25k run/ P90X arms
Wednesday: BL Cardio Max or p90X legs
Thursday: p90x Back and chest/ c25k 30m run
Friday: Zumba

Maybe you are gaining more muscle right now, which means you might see more results in your body before you do on the scale. Don't get discouraged! But trust me, I know that's much easier said that done. You're doing great!
