Awe man!! I'm feelin' good this week. I know, just two days ago, I was frustrated because the scale had not moved. But I've been working out every day this week, staying in my calorie target and I already feel lighter. I've stepped on the scale and its looking promising....but I never count my chickens before they hatch. We'll see on Monday.

I spoke to my good friend Jenn who lives overseas yesterday.....since she only sees me once every couple of years, its a tad embarrassing that the last time she saw me I was 15lbs lighter. But she is a big support. Our next skype date is in a month, so I told her I would be down (hopefully 10lbs) by the next call. I can do it. If I keep doing what I'm doing, I'll be on a good track that I can keep up.

Not a gym rat by any means, and not to the point of passing out at workouts, but working out hard and being completely consistent. All or nothing, is how I am...so if I plan ahead, I'll do it and if I do it, I will succeed. Slow and steady. I can do it! And so can you!!!
