Well, its already June and I can't believe it. I'm making June 1 my New Year. I'm more focused than I've been in weeks, so here is to a better reading on the scale this new year!!

I've mapped out the next 3 months. The classes I'm taking at the gym and the workout at home I'll do if I can't get to the gym for some unforeseen reason. The in-laws come at the end of the month and that is always a hindrance to my routine, my eating, my everything. I'd like to be down by the time they get here since when they left in December, I had gained 10lbs. I'd like to look the way they remember me looking, not the way I do look.

In any case, I'm going to make my diary public. This is an enormous step for me, because quite honestly, I do need some sweets. I try to keep it to just 150 cal a day. Knowing that there will be other CK people reading my food diary will help me to stay on track. I don't have a ton to lose, but they are the most stubborn lbs I've had to lose in years. So whether its complete lack of focus, fudging ever so slightly or just plain not paying attention, I'm turning a new leaf to make sure I am down 40lbs by November. Very ambitious I know, but I also know I can do it. So I will be asking for help should the scale not budge in the next two weeks.

To focused eating, exercise and will power...Happy New Year!!

Goals for this month:
1. Down 8lbs
2. Get into workout routine that is flexible, but will work for me.
3. Stay focused on the main goal
4. Take one day at a time.
5. Get back into the clothes I bought in December.
6. Start P90X (not to get ripped, just to be sure I'm doing weights and gaining strength. I really hate doing weights at the gym!)
