Well, its been a while since I've logged anything on CK. Most importantly, I've been spending my time figuring out what the heck kind of balance I need in my diet to really do well, feel in control and lose. I found this very small local gym that has a boot camp 4 times a week. I've been going for 3 weeks and I've already felt the difference in my body.
