I did something last night, i don't think I've ever done. I threw out the left over dessert left from our party. I might occasionally throw it out....but not before i took one last bite. But last night, I didn't even think about it.

I'm more focused than ever. Acting like a school aged kid and giving myself a gold star for accomplishing my daily goals. 1) Taking my vitamins 2) not drinking soda 3) Doing cardio every day 4) having a salad with one meal a day. I've been extremely focused for about 3 months with going to my bootcamp and really working it hard....but I've been lacking in any additional activities. So, while i have lots of beautiful, hard muscle, it can't be seen because I'm not getting the fat off with the cardio. So...I'm boosting up the cardio so the muscle can be defined.

I change things up quite a bit when I realize that what I was doing before to motivate myself is no longer working. I know that my only option is to eat well and work out.......very rarely do I get those two things going at the same time. But I am getting it together now.

To help keep myself focused, I've made motivation cards that I read daily. They state the reasons why I want to get healthy and fit. This will help me keep focused and realize my goals.
