It has been way too long!! I have to say, I've missed CK. But, I've enlisted my trainer to review my diary for the week and my girlfriend that works out with me to hold me accountable to weigh in every Monday.

Over the last 6 months...I've become a whole new person. I have to say the first 6 months on CK, I was half heartedly in it. The last 6 months, I've been fully committed to working out and learning about nutrition. So, despite what the scale says, I've trimmed down quite a bit. I've lost 14lbs of fat and gained 19lbs of muscle. I'm stronger, more energetic and hate missing a workout. Pants i couldn't fit into a year ago, I can now fit into and a few more lbs lost and I'll be completely comfortable wearing them.

I'm re-focused, more educated and ready to lay it all out on the line. I'm happy to be back in a forum that is encouraging, uplifting...and a place i can vent about the journey.
