I need to work on my food cravings better, they sure are hard to conquer! I definitely want to lose at least 10 lbs by christmas but I'm hoping for 15! With an injuried shoulder, it's going to be hard but I think I can do it! I was actually doing really well until I hurt my shoulder. So I know I can do it again. I just keep pushing forward and do the best I can about keeping a positive attitude. Failing certainly isn't an option, so even when I fall, I just get right back up and keep going.
