Monday, Jan 14 2008 - Busy Weekend

I went shopping and did what I was suppose to do and bought only fresh fish, vegetables and fruit. I was definitely proud of myself. I did a lot of excerising yesterday but again, I couldn't record it because it's not on the list. I had a water leak in my kitchen and had to demo it trying to find the leak so that we could stop it. When we did that, we found a lot of mold under the subfloor. So needless to say on top of my exerise routine, I'll be doing that as well. I lost three pounds over the weekend doing it so that is definitely a good thing! Missed my appointment with my personal trainer this weekend to so that was disappointing. He had to take his dog to the vet, so I completely understood and just finished my own routine anyways. Been cleaning a lot of house lately too and it's looking really spiffy! So I'm doing good and attempting at being good but still having very week moments. Due to the kitchen thing, can't go see Dr. Tanner for a little bit so that's going to make it more difficult to stick to my diet with all these damn cravings without my symlin. But I'll do the best I can and keep going forward.

Karen a friend of mine just show me how to put my own exercises into my food diary. Click onto the "create your own" and it will take you to custom exercises. Type in the type of exercise you do. I put in " water jogging". I will click onto that and put how many minutes I do that each day I do it and the ck planner will figure out the calorie exchange for me. Hopefully it all tallies in the end.

Now since you're on a diet do you ever catch yourself looking at other people's shopping karts? I had one clerk ask me if I ever bought junk food! Boy! I was proud of myself that day.
