I'm so upset with myself. I know I shouldn't but I do. Not to mention, I'm eating the wrong things and not enough fruit, vegetables and lean protien. I'm was back to drinking regular Diet Pepsi and not enough water. I'm going home tonight and setting it up again so that I can get back on track and do this for myself. It's so important to me! I think I'll pray about it too because it's no one's fault but my own.

Hang in there - we have all had set backs and false starts. The important thing is that you are still here and still determined to get on track.
