Well, I'm back to recording everything I eat and drink, so I'm back on track. Still need to get regular excerise incorporated into my schedule again though. But it seems to be a struggle. :sad2: We've been working on house so that counts as excerise. Last night though, I just took a night off to relax and get some sleep. I've been so busy and life has been hectic that I decided that I needed a night off. It felt good too. I went to bed at 9 and got up at 6:15 this morning and I feel rested and so much better. I'll excerise tonight before my friend comes over. Feelings wise, I feel okay. I don't feel negative about anything and for the most part, feel good about myself, even though I'm struggling with my diet and excerise plans. So kudos to me for achieving an accomplishment! :tongue10:
