Well, I did it!
I stayed within calorie range and exercised today!
I'm really tired, didn't sleep well, but I stayed on track anyways today! It was hard but I did it and I'm so proud of myself. I know it's only day one but I have to concentrate on a day at a time! But the fact that I did this for one complete day is awesome for me! I was really busy at work so that helped me not be hungry all day, not to mention, I tried to snack on healthy food and it sure helped. Tomorrow, here I come...

Hello Friends, I've been gone since February as my life has had many twists and turns.
I totally lost track of myself and gave up. Yes, me. I actually let it all go for some time but feel that I had good reasons. With my husband and I going through hell, I lost my job and a couple weeks after that I fell on the damn tub while cleaning it and broke my ribs. Go figure!
