Doing Well - so far anyways......

Day two into my new plan and it seems to be working out well so far. :clap: I'm staying on track and haven't craved anything yet. :) Staying really busy at work, helps a great deal, because it keeps my mind occupied with other things rather than with food and eating. I'll finish my blog later this evening and let you all know how the rest of my day went. :teeth1:

Well, day two down! I didn't get a chance to exercise but I ate well today and I'm proud of myself. See you on day three! ...

Day One A Good One

Well, I did it! =D I stayed within calorie range and exercised today! :clap: I'm really tired, didn't sleep well, but I stayed on track anyways today! It was hard but I did it and I'm so proud of myself. I know it's only day one but I have to concentrate on a day at a time! But the fact that I did this for one complete day is awesome for me! I was really busy at work so that helped me not be hungry all day, not to mention, I tried to snack on healthy food and it sure helped. Tomorrow, here I come...

I'm Back

Hello Friends, I've been gone since February as my life has had many twists and turns. :bigeyes3: I totally lost track of myself and gave up. Yes, me. I actually let it all go for some time but feel that I had good reasons. With my husband and I going through hell, I lost my job and a couple weeks after that I fell on the damn tub while cleaning it and broke my ribs.
