Hey everyone! :hi: I'm back recording again. Other than today, I've done well this past week. :clap: I got a check mark for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, etc. I'm back to doing this because my doctor was point blank with me. Said that I no longer have a choice in loosing weight, I have to otherwise I will die of a stroke or a heart attack. Talk about a wake up call! WHOA!! :o

So here I am again. :$ Hoping to stick with it, again. :$ So any support anyone can give would be great! I'm battling with carb cravings from hell right now. Doctor set my limits pretty low and I HAVE TO STICK TO IT otherwise I have to answer to him in three weeks!

My limits are no more than 500 calories a meal, 50 grams of carbs of meal and a minimum of 45 minutes of walking a day. Blood sugars have to be at 80-100 in the morning 80-100 three hours after eating. Blood pressure has to get to <140/80 in the next month and <120/70 in the next couple of months. So needless to say, this leaves me little to no room for cheating in any way.

I feel better with lower blood sugars, not as tired or fatigued. So I know that I will feel better in the long run and look better too. So I know this is a good thing and for my own good! So wish me luck! :bye:
