Well it's getting easier. Still haven't exercised yet because I'm still setting things up. I've got all my breakfast and lunch meals prepared for the week, as well as planned snacks. This will keep my diet right on target. It will be quick to grab and no prep so I have no excuse to eat out. I am getting there. I'm so proud of myself. My eating is getting much better. Not bad for the last several days. I'm still a little hungry though, so I'm trying to drink water but it's hard when you ...Sunday, September 13th 2009
Didn't lose anything this week because I didn't have a chance to get things set up to make it easier for me. I worked too many hours to make it to the gym this week either. So I'm hoping this next week it slows down a little bit so that I can go to the gym.

Ok, I'm at this again. I wish I didn't struggle so much with eating and excerise. But I do, so I need to find a positive way of making it fun as well as something I can stick with. I keep trying different things and nothing seems to keep me motiviated long enough to make any real difference in losing weight.
