Didn't lose anything this week because I didn't have a chance to get things set up to make it easier for me. I worked too many hours to make it to the gym this week either. So I'm hoping this next week it slows down a little bit so that I can go to the gym.
Made my breakfast for all this week, which is great, so I'm covered there. Lunches are next. This way I know I can stick to my diet and eat good and health. I've premade salad already. I'm still motivited just need to spend more time getting things ready so that it will be easy to stick to the plan.
Plan on going to the gym later today too! Still need to talk to my brother.
