Well, I'm doing it again! Losing weight. I've lost about 3.5 lbs this week!! Remodeling my house and moving my son has done wonders for my excerise level! I've been losing weight again after my devasting 13 lb gain over the holidays. When you see weight loss it sure motivitates you to keeping going and make better, healthier decisions!Thursday, January 24th 2008
Well, I'm back to recording everything I eat and drink, so I'm back on track. Still need to get regular excerise incorporated into my schedule again though. But it seems to be a struggle.
We've been working on house so that counts as excerise. Last night though, I just took a night off to relax and get some sleep. I've been so busy and life has been hectic that I decided that I needed a night off. It felt good too. I went to bed at 9 and got up at 6:15 this morning and I feel rested and ...

Hello All,
I'm so upset with myself. I know I shouldn't but I do. Not to mention, I'm eating the wrong things and not enough fruit, vegetables and lean protien. I'm was back to drinking regular Diet Pepsi and not enough water. I'm going home tonight and setting it up again so that I can get back on track ...

Well, I had a fairly good day. I'm feeling good and making every effort at keeping myself looking nice, you know, make up and doing my hair, dressing well, etc. Job is going good and slow, actually been pretty
at work but doing the best I can to move and keep busy at much as possible. Making plans to ride a bike or walk to and from work this spring and summer to help me lose weight and keep me moving even more.
