I went shopping and did what I was suppose to do and bought only fresh fish, vegetables and fruit. I was definitely proud of myself. I did a lot of excerising yesterday but again, I couldn't record it because it's not on the list. I had a water leak in my kitchen and had to demo it trying to find the leak so that we could stop it. When we did that, we found a lot of mold under the subfloor. So needless to say on top of my exerise routine, I'll be doing that as well. I lost three pounds ove...Sunday, January 13th 2008
This was a tough week for me. I restarted my diet and excerise program and low and behold I found every excuse in the book not to excerise and eat all the wrong things. The only positive thing I did was only ate out 4 times this week, and to me that's a huge accomplishment coming from someone who likes to eat out every meal. Good Morning Everyone! This is the year that I do this and finally lose this weight in a positive and sensible way. Last week I was still recovering from vacation and getting myself prepared for this mission. I know I can do this and I will do this. I even dressed up today for work and I haven't done that in a long time. I've never had to. I'm allowed to dress casual at work. Morning. Well, I haven't been very good at sticking to my diet and excerise program at all. Went on vacation to Oregon and Washington to visit family and totally blew it! I gained 10 lbs!!!! Argh!! I'm doing ok today. I've just been trying to exercise for at least 30 minutes or more a day right now. Trying to do that everyday so that it becomes a habit. I'm also trying to set up more realistic goals and just keep the weight moving downward at a slow but steady pace. My mood is still doing really well.
I need to work on my food cravings better, they sure are hard to conquer! I ...
