OMG! I couldn't stop eating last night. I WAS STARVING! I kept trying to at least keep my eating choices healthy but OMG, I was crazy hungry. COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CALORIE TARGET!!!!
Going from eating 4,000 calories a day down to 1,500 is super hard.
So my friend suggested, set your goals to eat less in increments until I get down to the 1,500, a little at a time, so I don't feel like I'm starving. Shrink that stomach slowly until I won't feel like I'm starving when I eat less. T...

Dave and I went grocery shopping last night, and purchased all the right things to eat. Not a single unhealthy item was bought. I'm so proud of myself. I even bought the reduced fat Mayo! I had to purchase some new pants, a size smaller, form a previous weight loss, because Dave was tired of my old pants falling off of me, literally! LOL So it felt really good to fit into a size 18-20, down from a 20-22. One more size smaller, and I can fit into clothes (16-18) that I haven't worn in over...Tuesday, October 8th 2013
Well, I intended to walk yesterday when I got home from work, and as I was getting ready to go, I stepped on a piece of glass! Put a whole in my foot and it wouldn't stop bleeding, so by the time it stopped, I had to go to bed! UGH!!!! So frustrating.Monday, October 7th 2013
Having a hard time starting but keeping at it. I keep trying to do the right thing, eat right, and well exercising is.... just difficult for me. I drive an hour each way to work, then work a 10 hour day, so I'm tired when I get home. Due to the long day, makes it difficult to cook a healthy meal.Friday, October 4th 2013
Well, here I am, exactly where my family said I would be. Had a doctor's appointment yesterday, not good news. My kidneys are damaged from lack of taking care of my diabetes. Seeing some specialists next week to determine the extent of the damage and if it's correctable or not.
