I must lose weight.

That is bold in my mind, but it is very hard for me. With all my bad eating habits. Before I used to be so bad, MacDonald's, Burger king, Starbukcs, all the bad foods that u can think of.
Now after I joined calorie king, I was shocked to know & calculate the amount of calories that I was taking everyday. No wonder why I gained so much weight.
I was having more that 2500 calories everyday & no exercise!! Duuuuuuuuuuuuuh!!

I am supposed to have 1300 calories every day, it is very hard. Well the good thing is that I reduced my calories and I am trying to watch it, sometimes I make it and sometimes no. even when I don't make it, I try not to exceed by huge calories.

I really need to be motivated and stay on track

Good for you for recording everything. I think it makes a ton of difference. Good luck and I find that using the people here on calorieking as a support group is really helpful. If you're having a bad day, blog about it so that we can give you some motivation, and if you're having a good day, read someone else's blogs and help motivate them. It's very fun and rewarding. Here's to new beginnings...

Happy New Year! 1300 is a big drop in calories & a bit of a shock at first... but you'll learn what you CAN eat & sometimes may not even be able to consume those! :) Sounds like you have a great positive attitude, & you'll "get it" soon.

Quite a shock, isn't it? I guess we all had it at the beginning. Don't try to do everything perfectly at once, and you will get there.
