A couple days ago, I could not stop eating. I didn't stop to analyze how I felt, I just thought I was hungry! I was a little worried because the last couple weeks had went well. I lost weight, and I wasn't hungry. So why all of a sudden did I have to have something in my mouth every 15 minutes?It wasn't until evening that I realized I was stressed. My husband quit working for one of his accounts, which will reduce our income by around 40%. I was pushing it out of my mind (I thought)....

As a newbie I am working on my profile and I tried to upload my profile picture. I've done it before on other websites with no problem, so I kept trying, only to receive the same message over and over...your picture is too BIG. I realize what they were saying, of course, but at the same time I was tired, hungry, and a little cranky. I thought Hmmpphh, so I'm too big to join the club? The reason I'm here is to get less "big." It's weird how when you don't feel 100% that you can tot...Beware my diary.

In case anyone happens upon my food diary, I'm not a total chips and candy bar gal. I'm eating pre-packaged food from a medical diet center. I thought I would stick to their food the first couple of weeks and work into eating from home, which they encourage. If you wondered why I was drinking lattes, eating rocky roads and chips and pretzels, well now you can rest easy. They are high in protein and low on carbs. Would I like to have a real Rocky Road? Well here it is, day four of my new plan, and I'm feeling pretty much "the same." I'm not sure why I expect to start shrinking immediately, it sounds fair doesn't it? Couldn't we just wake up each morning and see another .2 lbs, vanish from our bodies? A little off our hips, a little off our chin, er... chins, or a little off a big fat neck with a face on it (as in my case). I don't have any chins.
