Friday night! I love Friday nights, we go out to dinner with friends and I really look forward to this. Well, last night I ordered shrimp cooked on a cedar plank and I swear their were 12 shrimp! I ordeded asparagus and instead of the rice I had a large order of steamed veggies. I also munched on the whole wheat bread just a small slice and I had a wonderful sangria drink with lots of ice. It was plenty of food and I actually couldn't finish it. Well this morning I am down a whole pound! 163.2!! I haven't seen this is such a long time I know this isn't much but I have been stuck and it was just wonderful to see 163 and after eating out! Have a wonderful weekend we are spreading bark mulch and sweating up a storm today it is very muggy here but we are lucky because we stop every now and then and jump in the pool!

Sounds delicious! Congratulations on choosing wisely and loosing a pound! This proves it is possible to go out to eat, enjoy a fabulous meal and eat healthy. 2 weekends, ago, I had salmon cooked on a cedar plank. It's amazing how much flavor the cedar adds.
