Well I didn't log anything over the weekend, I didn't exercise either and now I feel like if I don't catch myself this is going to send me into a spiral and I won't be able to recover from it for a long time. I know this process works but the weight is coming off so slowly for me that it is discouraging but the alternative is to not do it and then I will gain much more and it will be that much harder to start this process all over again. I am writing this to document my state of mind and my thought process, I really have to get back to where I was before the BIG holiday and 5 days on Cape Cod. I am so unhappy with my weight and if I could see the scale move down just a pound or two it would help me to gain the momentum I need and to prove that this process will work for me.
