but I have made good food choices in the last 3-days and increased my walking so let's see what happens!

Having trouble keeping the bad calories down, I went over on my diary Tuesday and Thursday this week. Went to a wake last night very sad, a friend of mine's husband passed away unexpectedly and after the wake a few of us went out to eat. Very hard to make the right choices and I always think that tomorrow will be another day. At some point I have to stop saying that and keep to the plan! This is pretty sad that back in November 2009 I wrote that I was back and here it is almost 7 months later and I am coming back again. I have gained 4 pounds since then. I am going to give this an honest try. So much easier to just ignore all this tracking. I need to figure out how to eat all my calories but increase my fiber instead of my fat intake. Very hard to do, I just need to find the right foods.Next »
