It's been quite some time since I've sat down and used the blog. Don't get me wrong, I've been keeping up with logging my food and partaking in some of the challenges that I enjoy (mainly the milage challenge).

Between work, school, the holidays, and my girlfriend - I've been hard pressed to sit down and write. However, I've decided that I have to.

I was doing a lot better when I was holding myself accountable through the words that I put into this thing. Actually typing out and talking about when I have a mishap or feel like I'm going to binge helps a boat load - and it seems like I've been having mishaps more than I'd like the past couple weeks.

I've managed to maintain my weight for awhile now, which I'm happy with - but I contribute not being at my goal to the random binging and doing just enough to maintain. I've kicked up my exercise intensity over the past two weeks or so, and I've been really trying to curb the binging. My food choices overall have been pretty good though, every so often it's not as nice and planned out as I'd like it to be - but for the most part I think I do really well.

I can't say I'll be posting here on a regular schedule, essentially I'm going to use it when I feel the need to binge or like I may have a bad day. Vocalize, read what I write, and help me put things into a logical perspective.

I'm feeling okay right now, so nothing more to report :)
