Well, I fell off the wagon over the weekend. It's so hard sometimes to stay on track. My husband was gone over the weekend for work and I think I must have drank about 2 liters of pop. GRRR... I hate that stuff. Oh, but its so good! Also made cookies and ate a pizza....not good!
BUT, I'm still here and I'm drinking my last Mt. Dew.
I need to stick to the program and exercise more.
I did run around a little and play H"O"R"S"E and swim and walk a little. But not enough exercise for a long weekend.

Good news is, I am HIGHLY motivated now, as I gained back all the weight I lost and have to start from scratch again.

Will be plugging away.
Am joining the gym at work ---more good news.

PLUS, have you had a SLIMFAST OPtima muffin bar@? They are gross...but I think they'll tide me over...
NO POP...BAD POP...
