I'm embarrassed to say that I turned down the tickets to Jamaica. I don't want to go looking like that, and I don't need the pressure to lose a lot of weight between now and January.

I uploaded a photo that my employer took of me and I couldn't believe it was me! My head is so small and my body looks like an apple. Very disgusting. Renewed faith.
Last night I stayed up cleaning our house until 12:30 a.m. because I could not sleep. Weird.

I'm doing well with my soda problems. I'm trying to drink diet pop only, and although I'm getting accustomed to the taste, I feel it is a BIG step forward for me.

My new purchase is an indoor trainer for my bicycle.

Very excited to use it. I should get it set up by tonight.
