After being sick for 2 weeks and going overboard with the soda because that's all I felt like eating/drinking, and gaining all my weight back, plus some, its time to take advantage of spring coming. It's just around the corner. Get outside, work out, and take heed of the new American Heart Association Guidelines that women who are trying to loose weight should work out 60-90 minutes per day. Yikes!
