Thursday, Feb 22 2007 - Doctor's office scales
View LENSCHER's food & exercise for this day
Whenever you go to the doctor, why is their scale calibrated different the one you have at home. My weight at the doctor was my immediate post pregnancy weight. Ouch! I've never been this heavy. As soon as my bronchitis resolves, I'm back on the wagon.
I just hope the wheels don't fall off this time.
How do others stay on the wagon?

I don't so much stay on as get on every morning. I weigh myself at the same time each day (first thing, after the nature break but before clothes and breakfast), and commit myself to log everything I eat that day, and follow my plan for the day. If it doesn't work out quite according to plan, well, I start all over again in the morning just like I do every morning.
